Cryptocurrency Payments
We accept multiple cryptocurrencies including:
- USDT (Tether) - our primary stablecoin
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Additional altcoins available through our payment processors

At checkout, select "Pay with Cryptocurrency" and choose your preferred coin. You'll receive a wallet address and QR code to complete the payment from your crypto wallet. Most transactions are confirmed within 10-30 minutes.
OBDSEF does not charge additional fees for cryptocurrency payments. However, you'll be responsible for standard blockchain network fees (gas fees), which vary based on network congestion.
Prices are locked for 15 minutes during the checkout process. If you don't complete payment within this window, you'll need to restart checkout with the updated exchange rate.
Yes! Refunds for cryptocurrency purchases are issued to your original wallet in the same cryptocurrency you used. The USD value from your original purchase is maintained, though you may receive a slightly different crypto amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Orders & Shipping
Shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 10-18 business days
- Europe: 12-20 business days
Processing time is 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Express shipping options may be available at checkout for select locations. Expedited shipping typically reduces delivery time by 5-7 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status and tracking information.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@obdsef.com. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either send a replacement or process a full refund.
Currently, we only ship to the USA, Canada, and European countries. We're constantly expanding our shipping network, so check back for updates on new regions.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Contact support@obdsef.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), refunds are processed as follows:
- Cryptocurrency: 3-5 business days to your wallet
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear)
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:
- Defective/wrong item: We provide a prepaid label
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the original item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want. This ensures faster processing.

Many of our products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty details are listed on individual product pages. For warranty claims, contact us with your order number and description of the issue.
Compatibility information is provided on each product page. Most of our smart home devices support major platforms like Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit. Check specific product descriptions for details.
Compatibility varies by product. Each gaming accessory listing clearly states which platforms it supports (PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.). Always check compatibility before purchasing.
