The return period begins on the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within the applicable timeframe.

3. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
  • All Components: All accessories, manuals, cables, and components must be included
  • No Damage: Items must show no signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including earbuds, personal care items, intimate accessories, opened software, and customized products. These items will be clearly marked on product pages.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to return a product:

  1. Contact Support: Email support@obdsef.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 48 hours
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the product with all original components and include your RA number
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the return address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  5. Tracking Confirmation: Email us the tracking number once shipped

Important: Returns without an RA number may be delayed or rejected. Always obtain authorization before shipping items back.

5. Return Shipping Costs

5.1 Customer Responsibility

If you're returning an item due to change of mind or buyer's remorse, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

5.2 Our Responsibility

We cover return shipping costs if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong product
  • The product does not match the description on our website

In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of the item.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Inspection and Approval

Cryptocurrency Refunds

Processed within 3-5 business days after approval, issued to your original wallet

Credit Card Refunds

Processed within 5-10 business days, appearing on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles

6.3 Cryptocurrency Refund Details

For orders paid with cryptocurrency:

  • Refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment
  • The refund amount is calculated based on the USD value at the time of original purchase
  • We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations between purchase and refund
  • You must provide a valid wallet address for the refund cryptocurrency
  • Blockchain network fees may apply to the refund transaction

Note: If the original cryptocurrency is no longer supported or has technical issues, we reserve the right to issue refunds in USDT or another mutually agreed-upon cryptocurrency.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned without original packaging (up to 15% deduction)
  • Products showing signs of use or minor wear (up to 30% deduction)
  • Missing accessories or components (value of missing items deducted)
  • Items returned outside the standard return window but within 45 days (up to 20% restocking fee)

Our team will notify you of the partial refund amount before processing, and you may choose to accept or have the item returned to you.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Once the return is approved and refund processed
  3. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures you receive the correct item quickly and allows you to take advantage of any current promotions.

9. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

If you receive the wrong product:

  • We'll arrange for free return shipping via prepaid label

  • If you prefer a refund instead, we'll process it immediately upon return

11. Lost or Undelivered Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order

12. International Returns

For customers outside the USA:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
